Return Conditions
Return Timeframe: You can request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.
Product Condition: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. All tags must remain in place.
Non-Returnable Items: Customized items, discounted items, and final sale items are not accepted for return.
Refund Process
Contact Customer Service: If you need to return an item, please contact customer service through our official email address yasminearevalo@corncatllc.com and explain the reason for the return.
Return Approval: After receiving your return request, we will review and notify you within 3 business days whether the return is approved.
Return Mailing: After the return is approved, please mail the item back to the following address: 3440 E Southern Ave Unit 1042, Mesa, AZ 85204-5654. Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process the refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be refunded to your original payment method.
Exchange Policy
Exchangeable Items: To exchange an item, please follow the return process and indicate the item you wish to exchange when contacting customer service.
Availability: Exchanges are subject to current inventory. If the requested item is not available, we will negotiate a refund or other solution with you.
Exceptions
If the item you received is defective or non-conforming, we will cover the relevant return postage and provide a refund or seamless exchange service.
